Duplicating requests will not speed up resolution.

# Submission

Submitting a new ticket is fairly straight forward process but we do kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:

  • Please describe current state and expected result in detail;

  • Accommodate your request with screenshots, where applicable;

  • Avoid including multiple unrelated inquiries in a single ticket, better create separate ones;

  • If it is a bug report please describe previously completed steps/actions that led to an error;

  • If you are using generic credentials to submit this ticket please also specify council and your name in the Description field.

# Assignee

Please assign your ticket to the right person using the Assignee field on the right for faster resolution.

  • Max Valetov - for any frontend related inquiries;

  • Prasanth Narayana - for any backend related inquiries;

  • Tom Fischer - for management and any other inquiries.

You do not need to modify any other fields. When done, just click the Create button.
