# Links & Contacts

The Links content type is primarily used to display the contact details of any external websites of your choosing which includes a description, URL, and phone number (see below for reference of the Drupal page).

The following image is an example of how a links page may appear in your dashboard.

# Title

NOTICE

Used internally, not visible to visitors.

Changing not recommended.

Use the first title field for internal reference when looking to identify the page

Once the ‘Add Content links’ button has been selected and the ‘Contact Info’ section appears, use this Title field to name the link.

# Description

This text field allows you to provide more information about the link. Other details such as email addresses and opening hours are often used here.

# URL

This is the URL of the external website chosen, which the user will be redirected to once the link is selected.

# Guidelines

Ensure that the entire URL is inputted and that it is an external link such as https://disasterdashboards.com, opens in a new window (opens new window)

# Phone

This is an optional field where you can include the primary contact phone number to be displayed on the dashboard page.

# Guidelines

This should be a local Australian contact number, with a maximum of 10 digits including the area code.
